A portion of ticket sales funds the Historic Downtown Snohomish Association, a non-profit dedicated to promoting, preserving, and improving our downtown.
NEED TO KNOW:
Tickets are $20 per person. Our tours are suitable for all ages and we invite children under 13 without charge.
You can buy tickets from our ticketing website. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Plan to arrive a few minutes ahead of the scheduled tour start time - we begin promptly! Look for a "SnohomishWalks Walking Tour" sign.
The tour follows city-maintained sidewalks, on a route which includes 21 steps and minimal inclines. If you have physical limitations or other concerns, let us know in advance! We will do our best to accommodate.
Please leave pets at home.
Anyone disrupting tours whether child or adult will be asked to control themselves or leave the tour.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Welcome to the Pacific Northwest! Tours run rain or shine and we don’t expect anything particularly hazardous. We will refund/reschedule if our changing climate proves me wrong.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ON A TOUR?
Tips are always appreciated by your guides, as well as a sense of humor! Dress for the weather outside and wear comfortable walking shoes. A water bottle is also probably a good idea.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES WHILE ON THE TOUR?
Personal photography is encouraged! Please tag us on social media - @snohomishwalks and @snohodowntown!
ARE THERE BATHROOMS?
We encourage you to locate and use facilities before arriving on site. There is a public restroom at the corner of First & Ave B.
ARE TOURS PET FRIENDLY?
We would prefer no pets; they’d find our conversation too dry.

By booking services with SnohomishWalks via Square, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below.
SERVICES PROVIDED
SnohomishWalks in conjunction with the Historic Downtown Snohomish Association provides guided historical walking tours of Snohomish, Washington. All tours are conducted by English speaking guides and cover a distance of one mile, around 75-90 minutes in length. Please see individual tour descriptions for more specific details.
Rates for tours are $20/person and limited to 10 adults (persons over 13 years old).
Tour guides happily accept and appreciate tips for a job well done.
Private tours are available for small groups. A minimum booking price is required. Email hello@snohomishwalks.com for more information.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
All services can be booked through our website. We accept bookings for public tours up to 3 hours prior to the tour. Private tours require at least 48-hour advance booking.
Once we have received your booking and the full payment by Square's secure system, we will confirm your reservation by sending an email with details of your reservation. A reminder email will be sent 48 hours prior to the tour.
If you have not received a confirmation e-mail after booking, please contact us.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests without sufficient notice.
ALL CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL (hello@snohomishwalks.com) and confirmed by us so your cancellation will be on record.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED BOOKED TOURS WILL BE MADE ON THE FOLLOWING BASIS:
If your booking cancellation occurs more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tour, we will provide a total refund.
If your booking cancellation occurs less than 48 hours in advance, we will happily reschedule you for another time.
As we are Washingtonians, our tours run rain or shine, we won't cancel for weather unless it is deemed hazardous, in which case a refund/reschedule option will be offered.
Tours may be cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that the tour guide cancels the tour, or does not deliver it as promised, you may choose between a rescheduling of the tour OR a full refund of all monies paid.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE BEING DISRUPTIVE TO THE GROUP TO LEAVE AT OUR DISCRETION, WITHOUT REFUND. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS WHO PAID TO HEAR OUR TOUR!
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge that all public events involve an element of risk and that participation in tours offered by SnohomishWalks and Historic Downtown Snohomish Association may involve some amount of personal risk. You hereby assume all such risk and you, your estate, your family, heirs and assigns hereby release SnohomishWalks, Historic Downtown Snohomish Association, and the tour guide from all claims and causes of action whatsoever arising from any injury, death or other damages, both monetary and non-monetary, to you that may occur as a result of your participation in the tours offered or as a result of the negligence of any party, including the tour guide or any employee, officer, agent, contractor or assign of SnohomishWalks and Historic Downtown Snohomish Association, whether such negligence is passive or active.
Under no circumstances will SnohomishWalks or Historic Downtown Snohomish Association be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from any provision of this agreement or from the provision of any tours or other services purchased from us.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
You are responsible for providing accurate, timely and complete information in connection with your use of our website and booking system. SnohomishWalks and Historic Downtown Snohomish Association is not responsible for any claims relating to any inaccurate, untimely or incomplete information provided to us by you.
PRIVACY POLICY
SnohomishWalks collects a small amount of information that you provide directly to us. Without your information we cannot provide you with the services you have requested. The information we collect is through purchases of our services, communications and requests or questions submitted to us, usually in the form of name, email and phone number. We process your information when necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested, or where we have obtained your prior consent, or where we have a legitimate interest to do so, such as for enhancement of the services we provide to you, or for analytics, research and reporting purposes.
SnohomishWalks uses a third party service to process your credit card information, therefore we have no access to your credit card information. For further information, please contact SnohomishWalks' credit card processing company: www.square.com.
SnohomishWalks will use its best efforts to ensure the privacy of all personal information, however we expressly disclaim any liability for any damage that may result should any information be released to any third parties. You hereby agree to hold SnohomishWalks harmless for any damages that may result.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces and other content (collectively "Proprietary Material") that You see or read on the Site is owned by SnohomishWalks, or is used with the owner's permission. This Proprietary Material is protected in all forms, media and technologies. You may not copy, download, use redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from the Site without the prior written permission of SnohomishWalks.
MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT
SnohomishWalks reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement from time to time. SnohomishWalks shall provide notice to you of any substantive and/or material changes to this Agreement or any policies posted on the Site by posting such changes on the Site.
TERM OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement will become effective immediately upon your use of the Site and shall remain effective unless terminated by either party as provided here. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other with written or email notice of such termination which shall be effective immediately upon delivery of such notice to the other party. Furthermore, SnohomishWalks may terminate this Agreement immediately for any breach by you of this Agreement or any applicable policy of SnohomishWalks as posted on the Site from time to time. Should you violate the terms of this Agreement, SnohomishWalks reserves the right, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to SnohomishWalks, to terminate your use of this Site immediately at its sole discretion.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly agree that the use of this site is at your sole risk. SnohomishWalks does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the site, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service or merchandise provided through the site. The site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Failure by SnohomishWalks to enforce any provision(s) of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use, and all other aspects of use of the Site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America.
